  • J. Paul Getty Museum - The J. Paul Getty Museum specializes in European Painting, Old Master Drawings, and 19th Century and 20th Century American & European Photography.

  • International Center of Photography - established to collect, preserve, and exhibit notable twentieth-century works, with a special emphasis on documentary photography; to teach photography at all levels; and to provide a forum for the exchange of critical ideas and information.

  • Los Angeles County Museum of Art - The LACMA, Located near the gallery at 5905 Wilshire Blvd, is one of the premier visual arts museums in the Western United States.

  • MOCA - The Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles has three separate locations throughout the city: MOCA Grand Avenue, The Geffen Contemporary, and the Pacific Design Center.  The museum is closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

  • Museum of Photographic Arts (MoPA) - dedicated solely to photography from mid-20th century to contemporary fine art & photojournalism.

  • UCLA Hammer Museum - The UCLA Hammer Museum, located in Westwood Village, had cutting edge art from around the country as well as a permanent collection primarily composed of Impressionist and Post-Impressionist works.
